YES THAT’S RIGHT! NO MISTAKE, WE WILL DO EVERYTHING FOR YOU AND MARKET YOUR HOUSE WITH NO COST TO YOU, AND YOU ONLY PAY THE FEE IF WE ARE SUCCESSFUL!


Conditions:

We require you to sign a contract giving us 12 weeks exclusively to obtain a sale for your property.

You are free to break the contract at any time within that 12 weeks, but a $500 break fee will apply. (This fee will go toward some of the actual costs we incur, but won’t cover our time)

No problems If you have a private trade me listing, but we will need to insert our contact details into it, and if your house sells from a trade me contact, we will reimburse you the cost of the trade me ad.

If you require extra marketing beyond what we will provide, or require an independent valuation, or require work from tradesmen, or require a LIM report, these costs will need to paid by you when due.

If, after our marketing period is finished, a sale is obtained from a purchaser that we introduced to the property, our fee will still apply.

Our payment will fall due on settlement day.
